Scope of
Services:
The vendor
will provide 1 consultant who will:
·
Develop
the XSLT transformations from StarLIMS data to EDRI for accession and result messages· Create queues using MQ series and develop Message broker flows to build complex business logic
· Write esql code to parse messages and DB transactions.
· Develop the transformation of this data to the Maven schema for integration with the surveillance systems
Mandatory

should be fluent in all of the following skill sets:
