Job title:      Sr. Microsoft .Net developer

Location:          Irvine , CA

Skills required:             

            

1)           Develop and maintain web based applications and sites using technologies and programming languages such as ASP.Net, HTML, SQL Server, JavaScript, JQuery, C#, Telerik, Team Foundation Server, Entity Framework, MVC, CSS and other languages/tools/technologies to enable business applications web accessible.

2)           Works directly with supervisor and team members to ensure quality projects and solutions are delivered on time and on budget. Read and follow?s SOPs, work instructions, programming standards and other procedures as required.


3)           Uses analysis, design, programming and configuration skills to perform all levels of requirements gathering, process modeling, change control, and implementation tasks to ensure that internal and external web sites and applications are delivered with a high-degree of quality and maintainability.

Education and Experience:

ü  Experience with system development life cycle methodologies

ü  Five or more years programming in ASP.Net using VB or C#, and MS SQL Server. Essential Skills and Abilities:

ü  In-depth knowledge of a wide range of emerging Web related technologies, techniques and concepts, development standards

ü  Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills; adept at process improvement

ü  Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communications skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers, associates and subordinates at all levels of management; excellent customer service skills and service oriented attitude

ü  Excellent working knowledge of Web tools and applications such as: Microsoft IIS, web browsers (IE6,7,8, Firefox, Safari, Chrome), SharePoint web parts and others as needed

ü  Outstanding working knowledge of Web protocols such as: HTTP, TCP/IP, FTP and Web application programming languages, interfaces and methods such as HTML, JavaScript, JQuery ASP.Net MVC, C#, CSS, web services, XML, LDAP, ColdFusion and others as needed

ü  Working knowledge of MS SQL Server database technology, database connectivity, ODBC, stored procedures, ADO.Net, and Entity Framework,

ü  Ability to learn and adapt to new Web technologies.

ü  Knowledge of general and pharma business practices

ü  Research, evaluate, and recommend adoption of new web technologies; enjoys investigating and learning new technologies.
