We arelooking for an Agile Coach who can lead our team through the transition to anagile methodology. CommunicationSkills is a huge need   The AgileCoach ·    Agile certification is a must ·    Is a very hands-on individual that coaches the team through all phases ofproduct development ·    Is an influential leader and a change agent with hands-on pragmatic approach toorganizational transformation to Agile ·    Consults with team members on various projects and identifies where agileapproach should be consistent or vary. ·    Champions and drives a transformation strategy that engages the team at alllevels ·    Works as a subject matter expert on Agile, providing recommendations and on theground coaching on Agile methods and best practices ·    Mentors and guides the individuals and multiple teams on a day to day basis,leverages existing practices for continuous improvement ·    Quickly identifies any roadblock to successful adoption of agile methods andworks with the management team to create effective strategies to overcome them ·    Coaches and motivates the teams to apply Agile and Lean thinking to thespecific environments and impediments they are challenged with ·    Helps establish a framework for an accurate measure of Agile adoption successthat is result driven ·    Organizes training sessions on Agile methods ·    Works with the teams to clearly define roles and responsibilities  ·    Partners with stakeholders, leadership, program management, and developers toensure comprehension understanding of agile methodology ·    Identifies and communicates changes required to adapt teams and existingprocesses and metrics to agile methodology ·    Facilitates regular organizational Retrospectives for continuous improvement ·    Provides the following foundational guidance and trainings but not limited to..   o   Agile basic and advanced concepts o   Agile project management o   Release Planning o   Agile Testing o   Estimation Techniques etc.   Qualification& Requirements ·    Minimum of 5 years of Agile coaching experience  ·    Bachelor degree in computer field ·    Track record of a successful Agile transformation in multi-team environment ·    Proven experience consulting and or coaching/mentoring teams on applying Agilevalues and practices, and software development best practices ·    Strong understanding and experience with Agile both as a hands-on coach and asa strategist to lead the teams through Agile transformation ·    Deep Understanding of traditional and iterative software developmentmethodologies and approaches (Waterfall, RUP, etc.) ·    Business process knowledge and expertise that includes the ability tocommunicate with senior management and cross functional stakeholders ·    Ability to effectively coach multiple teams with varying degree of complexityand time lines ·    Strong presentation, facilitation and consultative skills. ·    Strong consensus building and change management skills. ·    VersionOne and TFS experience is a plus   Nizamath Ali Vertex Consulting Inc.  935 N.
