Solaris/Web Logic Admin. (7+ Years) San Francisco, CA. 6-18 months.   Additional Services:   I am looking for someone with strong Solaris administration skills. 24 x 7 production support for SunOne servers, WebLogic application servers running on multiple SUN models with Solaris OS, Oracle databases running on SUN E3500's, and BIG IP F5 load balancer support. 24 x 7 response to alarms in Client OVO, and alarms coming from Topaz customer simulation tests, as well as in-house developed monitoring systems. Will also utilize Remedy Problem & Change management application for management of problem tickets and production change requests. Job includes documentation of trouble-shooting procedures, and close interaction and co-ordination with support partners for OS and hardware maintenance. Job also includes management of SSL certificates on the webservers and application servers.   Job Description:   5-8 years experience and  BS degree This position is a senior level, highly technical role that manages application installations and supports the online site infrastructure to ensure optimum performance, availability and security of the `front- end` environment. As a senior project engineer, provides 3rd level support for the resolution of highly complex, technical problems involving web sites and e-commerce applications and their integration into the bank's existing online site. Leads large-scale application implementations from proof of concept through testing and installation. Directs statistics gathering and analysis to assist in determining hardware requirements and communication bandwidth to support projected transaction volumes and response time and system availability targets. Evaluates, develops, customizes and utilizes advanced system administration tools. Collaborates with enterprise partners on issues and initiatives that impact the infrastructure.
