.NET Developers

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develops, enhances, debugs, supports, maintains, and tests software applications that support business units or supporting functions.
• Collaborate with other IT teams such as Systems Analysts, Quality Assurance and Project Managers.
• Participates in the design, development, and implementation of complex web based applications.
• Collaborates with external programmers to coordinate delivery of software application.
• Post Production support and bug fixes.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), Component Integration Testing (CIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).


Skills Required:
• 5+ years of n-tier application development skills using .NET 3.0/3.5 or 4.0 Framework, C#, SQL Server ,ASP.NET, VB.NET, ADO.NET, Web Services, XML/XSLT, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX and VB Script.
• Able to learn Mindbox ARTEnterprise.
• Database programming skills using SQL Server 2000/2005, Transact SQL and Stored Procedures.
• Must be a strong team player and have good communication skills.
• Software design and documentation skills.
• Experience developing software applications throughout the full SDLC.
• Ability to communicate effectively across varied areas including technology, business units and senior leadership.

POSITION #: 2

Systems Analysts

- SA will be part of a small team that handles emergency hot fixes, defects and production support for a loan modification application. 

- They also handle defects that are no longer in warranty period.

- The SA's are responsible for creating the HLD (High Level Design) documents.  They will gather requirements from the business, build the HLD then hand it off to the Developers. 

- Previous BAC/Loan Mod or Default group experience is a plus. 

- Duration 12-16+ months possible perm.

- Location:  450 American Way, Simi Valley, CA

- Interview Process:  30 minute in person interview with the manager. 

- SA Tools for this team: Clarity, Viper, SharePoint and an internal HLD Template.

- Mostly small defects, hot fixes...etc.

Systems Analyst applies technical knowledge in determining end to end design requirements for large projects involving line of business, software/hardware developers and vendors. Work closely with business partners to define strategies for technical solutions, determine requirements, and develop functional designs based on the analysis of line of business needs, objectives and existing systems infrastructure. Drives and participates in design, development and implementation of large and complex enterprise wide applications, often using new technologies. Work closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs and that test plans and scripts serve customer needs. May manage projects including responsibility for a project and project budget.
