Skills:

ground-up/new build development in UI with Flex 3 or Flex 4 & Web 2.0 UI development experience (demonstrated knowledge of javascript, CSS, etc) 

Description:
This is a new project, building an application/system from square one.
Looking for a senior flex developer that specializes in this technology and who builds new applications from the ground up in Flex UI technology:
 Must Have:

• Minimum 3 years experience with ground-up/new build development in UI with Flex 3 or Flex 4
• Web 2.0 UI development experience (demonstrated knowledge of javascript, CSS, etc)

Nice to Have:

• Some experience in Java (prefer experience in Java 6)
• Experience in Spring 3/Hibernate 3/Oracle Coherence
• Experience in Multi Threaded, UNIX based work environment
