95 Minimum 2 years of relevant wor k experience in loan syndications at an investment or commercial bank
95 Rich exposure in primary deal ori gination, structuring, arranging, administering and managing the entire loa n syndication process
95 Commercial Lending operations e xperience in terms of acting as a liaison between the borrower and syndicat ion participants throughout the loan life cycle.
95 Experience in distributing marketing materials, compl iance documents and financial information to deal management sites
95 Familiarity in a syndicated loa n vendor platform, including but not limited to, Intralinks, DebtX, FIS Syn dTrak., DebtDomain
95 Acquainta nce of any Loan Accounting Systems and IT systems for syndicated loans serv icing is preferable (for example Misys)
95 Bachelor92s Degree is a must. MBA would be preferred
