Looking for SR. ETL - BI Analyst

SR. ETL - BI Analyst Richmond, VA 6+ Months Contract Job Description: ·         10+ years of experience in building Enterprise Data Warehouses and BI solutions for healthcare organizations, preferably health systems and hospitals. ·         6+ years of business analysis experience. ·         Interact with various client stakeholders including IT and business leaders to understand requirements for business intelligence and analytics ·         Develop solution prototypes and get internal/customer buy-in ·         Develop Healthcare Analytics solutions including requirements collection, data modeling, and ETL development ·         Support the business development and marketing teams to develop sales/marketing collateral around the solution ·         Good overall understanding of healthcare data, especially data originating from EMR systems like EPIC and Cerner ·         Understanding of healthcare specific data standards (e.g. HIPAA, EDI etc.) ·         Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) across all levels with clients  Highly motivated, with the ability to work under challenging situations ·         Ability to visualize and communicate the right solution to the customer ·         Ability to work in onsite offshore model and direct a team of offshore developers ·         Experience in BI tools and technologies like SAP Business Objects, R etc. ·         Understanding of big data platforms and technologies including Hadoop and MapReduce ·         Good understanding of healthcare provider workflows and systems ·         Knowledge of Healthcare IT industry trends and key issues and challenges facing a customer   Thanks & Regards Pradeep Kumar Sr.Technical Recruiter Vectorsoft LLC. 5525 N Mac Arthur Blvd., Ste # 240, Irving, TX – 75038 T: 972-637-7900 Ext 208 | Fax: 530-654-3259 pradeep@vectorsoft.com | www.vectorsoft.com   ...(More..)
