- Principal Responsibilities Websphere Portal Admin:

- Plan, install, and maintain systems software to ensure an efficient data processing environment.

- Provide technical support to both systems development and data center operations personnel.

- In conjunction with data processing operations and audit guidelines, develop procedures and
-
- standards for operations personnel.
-
- Assist in evaluating, recommending, acquiring, and installing new software or software upgrades.
-
- Keep current on software developments.
-
- Ensure compliance to Citigroup Information Technology Management Policies (CITMP) and Standards.
-
- Participate in deployment of systems software and adapt new products with minimum supervision to
-
- the operating environment.

- Key Requirements:
-
- Degree or Diploma in engineering and has good knowledge of Unix operating systems lile AIX/Linux/
-
- Sun.

- Thorough admin skills on products like WebSphere Portal/Application Server, Iplanet, Weblogic and
-
- IBM http Server.
-
- 5-6 years of experience in above mentioned products.

- Sound expertise on problem troubleshooting skills.

- Able to work in shift/rotation.

- Good knowledge of any Web Scriptings like JYTHON/PERL/WSADMIN

- Good knowledge of Shell Scripting

- Implementation of Wily monitoring Tool.

- Implementation of WebSphere Portal.

- Implementation of Datastage.
-
- Implementation of IBm Http Server.

- Implementation of Websphere application server
