Our client is looking to hire a good Java developer with excellent communication skills (9/10).

At least 7 Years of experience in Java

Must have good knowledge or experience in Java 1.4 to java 1.6 conversion.  Rewrite of a system into java1.6 with framework.  The old system does not have a framework (spring, etc...).
