Skills Required includes: - Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Systems (Primary skill) - Avaya background (secondary skill) - Experienced Learning Strategist -Training and Development background (Analysis) - Experienced working with large organizations Other REQUIRED Skills - Create and update Technical skills plans for multiple roles (positions) - Ability to effectivelycommunicate to Business Partners the training path/approach - Ability to influence Business Areas to accept the Skills Development Plan s - Ability to understand and adjust curriculums in rapidly changing business environment - Attention to detail with look and feel of e-learning content and style - Proficiency in MS Office 2010 Suite - Strong writing and editing skills - Understanding of reusable learning objects.
