Your Role:  Resolving technical issues, form part of a larger project team and deliver small projects and client facing requirement, with exposure to trading floor environment. Professional/Technical Skills Needed  Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot. Solid grounding of Active Directory 2007/2010 with working knowledge of Group policy, Security groups, user creation, permissions and general administration Exchange 2007/2010 Experience of supporting Windows XP/7 and Microsoft Office 2007/2010 suite (Outlook, Word, Excel PowerPoint) Windows Server 2008 R2. Experience of Mobile/PDA support ie BlackBerry units, including device configuration, connectivity, device user training The successful candidate will benefit from excellent promotion opportunities , on-going training and a great exposure to the Investment Banking environment.
