Roc Search's client, a leading eCommerce company, are currently seeking a Business Analyst/ BA to join their team working on site with one of the UK's largest retailers on 3 month contract with views of extension
You should have the ability to plan, run and manage workshops with customers and third parties as well as possessing the skills to deal with customer, risk and issue management.
Essential Skills:
- Good understanding of customer journeys
- eCommerce experience.
- Retail experience is also essential (not retail banking)
- Requirement gathering
- Customer engagement
- Case documentation
- Functional specification documentation
Desirable:
- Knowledge of IBM websphere
