Mandatory Technical Qualifications -
· developing consumer-oriented web sites and services
· experience with C# and ASP.net MVC
· JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and XML.
· experience developing SQL Server database C# and ASP.net Web applications
· experience developing C# and ASP.net messaging solutions using MQ Series
· Consulting
with business area customers and IT staff to determine options for
solutions to technical problems through detailed analysis.
· Communication of recommendations through formal written analysis or oral presentations.
· Consulting on complex service delivery process improvements.
· Must be analytical, adept to problem solving, and have a strong attention to detail
· Developing work plans, and coordinating and tracking complex projects or assignments.
· Project or work assignment reporting and documentation
· Systems development/modification
· Microsoft suite of desktop tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel and Project
Desired Technical Qualifications
Previous experience developing and/or maintaining or interfacing with the following types of applications:
1. 1+ years experience with agile development and unit testing methods
2. Relational database experience including proficiency in SQL and stored procedures.
3. Experience developing ASP.NET portlets that runs natively on IBM Web Sphere Portal as a JSR 168 compliant portlet.
4. Experience using software utilities to programmatically converting various digital file types into TIFF images.
5. Claims management business applications
6. Medical Billing systems
7. Insurance premium/Actuarial calculation systems
