Position: Sr. Technical Recruiter Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad   Responsibilities:  - Coordinate and communicate with the sales department to assess staffing needs  - Build candidate database by networking, social media, etc. - Identify, interview, and facilitating the hiring of salaried, full-time, W-2, and Corp to Corp technical staff with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, multitasking, team environment  - Create, maintain, and update candidate database records  - Prep and coordinate consultant client interviews  - Coordinate technical tests and verify consultant references  - Generate consultant referrals  - Manage job postings  - Financial / Banking Industry experience is a huge plus   We need someone to start ASAP.
