Description: Trainer/Technical Writer plans, develops and updates high quality documentation and workflows including Policies and Procedures. Must have strong technical writing skills and be able to communicate effectively. Training responsibilities include developing materials and conducting effective and engaging training programs on client sites. Work is done in a team-based environment which requires building and maintaining strong relationships. Creativity, initiative, and a solutions orientation are the hallmark of our work.
Desired Skills and Experience: •Six or more years of relevant work experience in the financial industry •Experience writing and editing Policies and Procedures •Superior written and verbal communication skills •Strong analysis and problem-solving skills •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint •Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business related field •Excellent presentation skills including the ability to clearly summarize complex issues •Willingness to travel 3 weeks per month to Owensboro, KY •Preference for the freedom to seek creative solutions •Ability and desire to learn new skills and broaden industry expertise •Flexibility to adapt to the needs of various projects and client cultures •Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to thrive in a team-based setting •Foreign language skills, particularly Spanish, preferred but not mandatory
