Summary
 
 
Looking  for a Oracle Data Warehousing Developer who will be responsible to maintain  and enhance Business Intelligence systems for creating, converting, securing  and managing data flow into the data warehouse system.
 
 
 
 
Required Experience:
 
 
·         Minimum 8+   years hands on experience in Knowledge of Data Warehousing such as  dimensional modeling, Star and Snowflake schemas, Data mart and Fact,  Dimension tables, Slowly Changing Dimensions -Type I & II & III.
 
·         5+ years experience  with OWB 11g or OWB 11gR2. Candidate should be fully proficient in writing  scalable, high volume ETL jobs using SQL for large volume data warehouses. 
 
·         Solid  Experience in OWB, Oracle 11g and PL/SQL is a must. Experience in OMB plus or  TCL scripts is plus.
 
·         Design and  develop the architecture for all data warehousing components (e.g. source  system data ETL strategy, data staging, movement and aggregation; information  and analytics delivery; and data quality strategy)
 
·         Setting up,  debugging and implementing end-to-end ETL jobs. Do performance tuning of OWB  ETL Mappings. Develop unit, system, and integration test plans
 
·         Ability to  analyze existing database schema DDL/Instance layout and make changes where  required.
 
·         Strong  development experience in OWB, Oracle SQL and PL/SQL. Must have the ability  to write Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages. Support testing, deployment  and ongoing support of data warehouse system. 
 
·         Knowledge of  database indexing and tuning in Oracle Database. Ability to interpret requirements  and technical specifications and translate them into visual representations  of information. 
 
 
 
 
Special Requirements:
 
 
·         Must be willing  and able to work other than normal work hours in an emergency to test new  software, resolve critical system problems and/or perform production system  maintenance. 
 
·         Must be willing  to serve on periodical stand by duty when deemed necessary by management.  Must be willing and able occasionally respond to telephone calls (or other  means of communication) received.

PeopleSoftHRMS Technical Developer to their team to supplement their current staff ofdevelopers on their current project. This is expected to be a 6+ month engagement, and is located nearMilpitas, CA.  The client is in themiddle of a Peoplesoft 9.1 upgrade project, and is adding new modules to thePeopleSoft system.  This position is toco-work with existing staff to develop some internal PeopleSoft HRMSenhancements, as well create new interfaces, and work on the newly addedmodules.
 
 
 
Requirements of the position:
 
•          6+ years of PeopleSoft HRMSApplication development experience within HRMS 9.0 / PeopleTools 8.49. 
 
•          Specific development experience in HR,Time & Labor, Payroll, Benefits. 
 
•          Experience with PeopleCode, SQR,Application Designer, workflow, Application Engine. 
 
•          Must have good communication skills. 
 
•          Experience with eDevelopment,ePerformance, Profile Management, and Succession Planning.
