Please forward a profiles to shankar@techconsultinc.com   Here are the requirement details JobTitle        QA Architect/Lead Location:      Boston, MA Length:           4+ months Start:             ASAP Interview:     Phone/ Skype   Ideally, would like someone with CAPITAL MARKETS experience…butdefinitely Banking/Financial Services   Overview      The Investment and Client Applications group seeks a Quality Assurance (QA)Lead Systems Analyst who will be responsible for overseeing the QA strategy,testing, processes, deliverables and staff for the Client Apps program.    Responsibilities        Theindividual will report to the Manager of QMC within Enterprise Delivery Center. The individualwill:   ·        Leadthe QA efforts on various  projects. Participate in System, SQL, data,functional and user acceptance testing. ·        Leada team of approximately 3-5 onshore/offshore staff. ·        Assesscurrent QA process and identify plan to implement “best practices” to improvetest approaches, deliverables, metrics, automation, tools, communication,procedures, etc.  ·        Developand review various QA deliverables created by team members including testplans, test scenarios, test results, etc.  ·        Interfacedirectly with other teams including system analysts, software engineers, andprogram management.  ·        Updateregression test suite based on new releases.  ·        PublishQA Status reports.  ·        Staycurrent with evolving industry and technical trends within the QA domain.  ·        Partnerwith other IS teams including Equity, Fixed Income and Derivatives on anintegrated test plan.  ·        Documentand track testing issues and proactively communicate status to the project teamand other key impacted parties.  ·        Workclosely with the strategic consulting firm that is providing program managementfor CA to improve the QA program overall.    RequiredSkills:                   The ideal candidate will have excellent technical, management and communicationskills and possess strong experience in QA testing and analysis.    Specific requirementsinclude: ·                    7-10 years as a QA Analyst  ·                    5-7 years of team management and leadershipexperience ·                    Extensiveknowledge of full QA lifecycle  ·                    Experienceleading an offshore QA team is required ·                    Experiencewriting test strategies, system and user acceptance test plans and documentingtest results ·                    Strongknowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology ·                    Experiencewith Back end testing using SQL/PL SQL is required ·        Investment application experience such as FixedIncome, Trading, Portfolio Management or Compliance tools is a strong plus. ·                    Experiencewith testing tools such as QTP, Silktest, HP QualityCenter, Rally etc.  ·                    Excellentverbal and written communication skills ·                    Strongmotivation and ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment ·                    Diplomaticand “driver” type person  ·                    Abilityto manage conflicting priorities effectively with aggressive deadlines ·                    ComputerScience degree or related field  ·                    Oracledatabase knowledge is a plus  ...(More..)
