Job title: Dot Net/ SQL Developer
with QNXT
Duration: 6+ months
Location: Honolulu, HI
Job Description:
Works with Technical Lead. Excellent knowledge in .NET, SQL, and Oracle. Assists with User Interface(UI) and services (Web/WCF) related architecture and technical design. Development and maintenance of database systems as it interfaces with various .NET solutions. Coordinates and develops process automation/job scheduling. Perform testing, code review. Performs defect analysis. Very good analytical and problem solving capabilities. Excellent communication skills. Team player.
Skills Required:
* 3+ years' experience in developing SQL objects, ASP.NET and VB.NET interface/integration solutions using Microsoft Team Foundation Services (TFS). Working experience with .NET Framework #.#, ISS, WCF, WSDL, LINQ, etc.
* 3+ years working as a systems analyst with progressive experience working with complex database environments.
* 3+ years' experience writing requirement specifications, design documents, and system flow diagrams for Information Systems using MS Office Suite.
* 3+ years hands-on experience working with databases e.g. SQL Server, Oracle.
* 3+ years hands-on experience with writing SQL: stored procedures, SSIS, SSRS, etc.
Daily Responsibilities:
* Create SQL, VB.NET and ASP.NET solutions that interfaces with various databases and application systems.
* Developer works independently enough to understand the requirement, create design , come up with unit test cases, create the application interfaces/services, work with QA to resolve issues, take responsibility to take the code all the way to production.
* Create design and supporting documentation for the SQL and .NET application being delivered.
Other skills:
* Health care/health insurance experience is desirable. (QNXT application strongly preferred.)
* College degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field.
* Other skills consider but not critical: INFORMATICA, PEGA
