This person is responsible for the day to daymanagement of the HNBU I/T and is the I/T point person for the Finance and otherBusiness partners. 
 
This role is high exposure andwill interact with Sr. Director of I/T, Finance and several other BusinessDirectors, therefore solid business partnering skills, presentation, and strongcommunication skills are required. 
The role will support thefollowing groups with-in I/T: Solutions Delivery, Business Ops, CA, SC and SharedService Support groups. Responsibilities include:
·         Effectively manage anI/T Budget split between OPEX and OCOGS.  Responsible for reporting and varianceanalysis as well as collaboration with Business/Cost Center owners in I/T onforecasting and budgeting.  
·         Setting the monthlyforecasts and flashes, quarterly commits and annual budgets for COGS and OPEX.Work closely with I/T and Business partners in development of annual &quarterly strategies.  Provide a holistic view of the plan including allOCOGS and OPEX related activity and spend.
·         Monthly closeresponsibilities such as: close forecasting, tracking PR approvals as relatedto business partners. Review, coordinate and consolidate I/T and Businessfunded accruals. Run monthly PO/PR report, track each PO spend vs budget,create spending summaries/details.
·         Act as a Service Leadfor Apptio (service costing tool), collaborating financial & serviceoffering data to be uploaded into database & performing data validation ofcost models via review of detailed spreadsheet pivots & reports as well asdistributing requested cost data to Team leads to be utilized for executivemanagement presentations.  Work with architect to maintain and map assetsto service offerings.
·         Responsible forvarious month end reporting decks and presentations to business partners andleadership team on monthly results such as : CIO Operational & servicereview, HNBU IT Operation reviews.
·         Track and maintainSoftware licenses, Software and hardware annual maintenance contracts/licenses.
·         Be a trusted advisorto I/T and Finance organizations.
·         Perform ad-hocreporting and develop financial models to analyze “what-if” scenarios.
·         Ensures issues areidentified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
·         Maintain &improve interdepartmental communication utilizing Wiki Central.
·        Develop,manage & maintain appropriate records and process documentation forbusiness reporting activities
This person will need to be able toeffectively communicate to all levels of the organization including seniormanagement.  The ideal candidate will be strong in:
·         Ability to liaisewith Business leaders, Operations teams and Finance at all levels
