Background:

A space has opened for a Cisco Voice Support Engineer working for a renowned Global Cisco Partner. My client is based in London who are looking for a Network and Voice Engineer who is experience in both Networking and Voice.

The Role:

As a Cisco Voice Support Engineer you will sit in the Support Team. You will be handling escalations from 1st-3rd line support. You will mainly be working on Voice incidents but as the Cisco UC & C range converges this will be the chance to learn and work with a range of cutting edge technologies.

You:

The successful Cisco Voice Support Engineer will have a background working with Voice products including:

·CCNA Voice

·Contact Center (UCCX, UCCE)

·ARC

·CallManager (CUCM)

·Unity & Presence
