Relevant Experience (Yrs) :3-6 years of experience as technical lead in .NET/Blaze.
Necessary Skills :
•Need to have excellent communication skills (including English conversation skills), demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
•Should have service oriented and customer focused job experience.
•Have Healthcare domain experience and have worked with offshore team
Desired Skills
•FICO certified on Blaze Advisor
•Have strong understanding of the healthcare field Service
•WCF, WPF, Silverlight.
Roles & Responsibilities:
•3-4 yrs of experience of developing rules based applications using Blaze Advisor
•Leading a technical team for end-to-end delivery.
•Knowledge of developing templates and providers, and web-based rules maintenance applications
•2-3 yrs Application Development/Analyst with experience in systems analysis, programming and overall information technology experience.
•Experience in .Net programming
•PL/SQL Experience
Generic Managerial Skills:
•Able to plan/track tasks/activities
