Oracle E-Business Suite Implementation – Project Accounting  Consultant

 

Work Location:Chicago, IL ,USA

Duration:6 months

 

Relevant Experience (Yrs) :7+ Years

Technical/Functional Skills :Oracle E-Business Suite – Project Accounting Functional

Experience Required

•At least 3 Oracle ERP implementation experience, with atleast one implementation on Oracle Project Accounting including Project Costing and integration with Oracle Purchasing

•Good Functional knowledge with a technical know-how of the oracle tables and API’s

•Implementation Knowledge of Oracle PO, iProc, iSupplier is a big plus

•Knowledge of Integration of Oracle PA with Fixed Assets and Purchasing is a big plus

•Knowledge of Oracle AP, AME is desirable

•Excellent communication and coordination skills.

•Experience in offshore-onsite mode of working for Oracle engagements

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

•Functional requirement gathering for Oracle Project Accounting module

•Design and build an Oracle Project Accounting solution along with Oracle Purchasing, AP and Fixed Assets

•Design and Build Functional& Technical Component level design for custom components

•Involvement in User Demos, Conference Room Pilot sessions, System integration and User Acceptance phases

•Prepare training material for users

•Coordinate with offshore technical team members for technical development

•Involvement in client discussions and meetings.

Generic Managerial Skills:Good Team player, Excellent Analytical Skills, Ability to work under pressure, Good communication skills, Does continual learning.

Education :Bachelor of Engineering or MBA/MCA

Finance Consultant with Oracle E-Business Suite Implementation knowledge

Work Location: Lincolnshire, IL,USA

Duration:12 months

 

Relevant Experience (Yrs) :7+ Years

Technical/Functional Skills :Finance knowledge, Oracle E-Business Suite – General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Cash Management.

Experience Required

•At least 2 Oracle ERP implementation experience

•Involved in designing Chart of Accounts for a Global ERP Implementation is a must

•Involved in doing business requirement gathering

•Excellent communication and coordination skills.

•Experience in offshore-onsite mode of working for large implementation projects

•Knowledge of Oracle GL, AP, Cash Mgmt, FA is must

Roles & Responsibilities:

•Responsible for financial requirement gathering

•Coordinate GL Chart of account design, Org Structure design with team members and finalize the same

•Functional requirement gathering on Financials namely around General Ledger

•Design and Build Functional Component level design for custom components

•Involvement in User Demos, Conference Room Pilot sessions, System integration and User Acceptance phases

•Unit test customizations build by technical team members

•Communicate with customer for functional / technical document approval

•Suggest implementation best practices and implement the same

•Prepare Knowledge Transition package for inducting trainees in the project

•Evaluate and implement new initiatives on process improvement and technology initiatives.
