Senior/Lead Software Engineer
Location: Hampshire
Salary: £35,000 - £46,000, plus excellent benefits

My client based in Hampshire are looking to recruit a further 4 Software Engineers to join an existing team working on an increased level of projects.
Role summary
In this new and critical role you will bring your knowledge and in depth experience of all elements of system integration and implementation in complex enterprise-wide environments to a high performing Agile delivery team. You will demonstrate the ability to build strong working relationships both inside your team and across the various business groups involved in agile software delivery; and display an industrious and adaptable approach to help remove potential blockers to success. You will coach and mentor team members to exceed customer expectations and develop them to grow beyond their current aspirations.
The role of Software Engineer sits within the integration/system team and scrum teams, providing cross-domain expertise on a variety of technologies. You will provide technical leadership to the team, advising on automation, engineering, test strategy, deployment activity and troubleshooting integration and data issues in the development, test and live environments.
You will need to demonstrate your track record against the following essential criteria and competencies:
*Experience in automation of continuous deployment and continuous integration
*Expert software engineering skills - java or .net, oracle, SQL
*Strong technical leadership & coaching
