Business Development Manager - Solution Sales 

Six highly experienced Business Development Managers are needed by a renown UK brand to help in the continued evolution of their sales strategy and structure, with the end goal of opening new markets, clients and increasing revenues and profits. 

These roles are part of a new drive by our client to make a strategic move into more 'solution selling' rather than pure 'product selling', so are looking for sales people with a strong track record in selling in a solution / consultative / project based manner. The clients offer covers a range of data, technical and consultative / business expertise, so a background across these is important. 

These Sales roles are new business (hunter) focused, but also require the skills and expertise to build on long term partnerships and relationships. The client is looking to take a domain / market vertical approach, so looking for individuals with detailed / specific expertise in: 

- Financial Services (ideally Insurance) 
- Public Sector (all areas considered) 
- Channel / Partnership (selling through systems / platform integrators) 

You must have a strength in depth in at least one of these, but other sectors such as land / property, retail and supply chain might be be beneficial. 

These roles can be home based but with a focus around London and South England, candidates must be able to travel around these locations extensively.
