In addition the candidate must be able to work in a very high volume transactional, extremely fast paced and very dynamic environment.   Requirements: ·         5+ years (hands on and U.S. exp.) with J2EE, Servlets, Spring development. Must also have knowledge of apps server and GC Tuning, which is garbage collection. ·         2+ years as a tech lead as well as being solely responsible for finalizing requirements, some developing, writing test and deploying code. ·         Must have solid experience in owing what you create from beginning to end, as well as being able to explain in detail. ·         Solid SQL experience with database and data modeling optimization, preferably in a high transactional SQL environment.
