This new role will be responsible for: Organising and delivering technical and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the SDS Replacement Project.  They will also help to develop and embed a new testing framework throughout Information Services (IS). This role reports directly to the SDS Replacement Project Manager and is key to ensuring that the University’s current and future testing requirements are met. You will be passionate about delivering quality through current testing theory and practice, and should be comfortable planning user testing, creating test plans and automating test harnesses and processes. Ideally: You will have a strong background in software development, QA or test management.  You will also have strong communication skills and can enthusiastically engage users in testing and providing feedback on a new system. Familiarity with enterprise or corporate software implementation projects, especially Tribal SITS would be particularly useful. The University of Kent is a welcoming diverse environment.
