Technical/Functional Skills : – Java / J2EE (Must Have)

– BEA Weblogic (Must Have) / IBM WebSphere Application Server

– XML / XSD and SOA experience (Must Have)

– Java Server Faces (JSF) (Must Have) / UI development skills

– Oracle RDBMS

– Message Queues (WMQ) (Good to have)

Hands on experience in developing SOA based applications

Roles & Responsibilities : Developer

Interact with IT teams to develop the Web applications (UI / Middle Tier & Backend)

Generic Managerial Skills : Good communication skills
