Title : OracleFinancials Functional Lead
 
Location : BatonRogue, Louisiana
 
Duration : 6+ Months
 
Rate : $60-65/hr onC2C
 
 
 
JobDuties/Responsibilities: 
 
·        Act as the Team lead by providing business andtechnical expertise and direction for Financial Functional Team
 
·        Perform business and technical functions forimplementing and supporting the Oracle Applications Financials modules toinclude the development of technical documentation, reports, interfaces,conversion code and extensions for the Oracle Financials AP, AR and GL
 
·        Implement Financials in an environment where theFinancials system is integrated with other COTS products
 
·        Communicate status, issues, and risks toFunctional manager
 
·        Lead a team of business analysts to validaterequirements and conduct design to transfer a base system to meetingrequirements of the customer.
 
·        Conduct requirements management activities
 
·        Update/maintain Requirements Specification andDetailed System Design documents
 
·        Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) inFinancials
 
·        Participate in collaborative sessions todocument Medicaid business processes
 
·        Review ongoing MITA assessments and assist inthe development of processes to achieve higher MITA levels
 
·        Coordinate functional aspects with fiscalintermediary operations staff and the Department
 
·        Resolve issues within and between business areas
 
·        Other duties as assigned
 
 
 
Skills Required
 
MANDATORY:
 
·        Minimum of three years of detailed experience inMedicare, Medicaid, or Private Healthcare claims processing, financial, orthird party liability.
 
·        Three (3) years full-time experience as abusiness analyst, systems analyst, programmer analyst or programmer.
 
·        One year of leadership managing a small team inthe performance of detailed analysis.
 
·        Have full life-cycle experience on a Financialsimplementation, including the development of interfaces and conversion code
 
Following skillswould be a “PLUS”:
 
·        Demonstrated  leadership, initiative, teamoriented, self-motivated
 
·        Bachelor's degree from a four-year accreditedcollege or university
 
·        Functional knowledge of Oracle E-business Suite,specifically Oracle Financials AP and AR
