Position Summary:
 
The CRM Lead Consultant is responsible for developing and delivering high-quality CRM technical/business solutions to our diverse client base according to their unique needs. The ideal candidate has a strong business analytical background and also great technical skills. Their role is a mix of programming, systems configuration, project management, and managing and mentoring others so versatility is a must!
 
Essential Responsibilities of Position:
  Actively participates in facilitated discussions with the client and project teams. Understands and communicates client’s needs, project team’s goals, and individual role in building custom and package solutions for clients.
 Manages and delivers small projects independently. Leads other Consultants in delivering what the client needs; takes ownership of successful completion of deliverables and projects.
 Designs, codes/configures, and conducts unit-testing modules based on the requirements outlined in the specification documentation under the supervision of senior project resources.
 Assists with the development of functional and technical specifications, unit and system test scripts, and deployment plans.
 Communicates internally and externally by creating weekly status reports, issues lists, etc.
 Provides guidance to Consultants and Associate Consultants as-needed.
 Continuously increases product knowledge and vertical experience.  Achieves relevant technical and/or functional certification reflective of current skill set.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related technical field. Masters degree a plus. 
 3+ years experience with Microsoft CRM application configuration and development.
 Consulting experience a must.
 Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a team-based development environment.
 Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
 
Desired Skills:
  4+ years with Microsoft CRM application, including full project lifecycle implementation in a lead rol, requirements gathering, training etc.
 Knowledgeable in Web technologies such as ASP, VB/Script, JavaScript, JSP, and .NET (C#/ASP.net/XML) and database platforms: SQL Server 2005/2008, Reporting Services (SSRS), and Integration Services (SSIS).
 Experience using one of the following: BizTalk, SharePoint, or Performance Point.
 Experience in custom business application design and development.
