Experience Required 8+ Years of IT; 2+ on MVC and ASP.NET 3.5/4.0   The ideal candidate must have demonstrated in-depth knowledge and hands on experience of ASP.NET 3.5 /4.0 with MVC 2.0 /3.0.    Experience in adopting best practices in the earlier projects.   Roles & Responsibilities : Responsibilities include • Experience in Developing Solutions • Experience in Designing Solutions • Design/Develop necessary security framework  • Develop best practices for using the Dotnet 4.0 development tools  • Optimize requirements gathering for Dotnet application  • Develop testing strategy for Dotnet applications  • Develop methodology to Initiate and execute changes, modifications, and upgrades to these applications.  • Should be able to implement complete SDLC life cycle, starting from requirement analysis, architecture, design, development and unit testing  • Should be able to interface with client engineering, product, build management teams  • Should be able to review, test and ensure defect free delivery. • Experience with implementing Telerik controls, MVC 3.0 and C#.      Generic Managerial Skills : Mentor the team and work as team player Education : Bachelor of Engineering; Masters degree preferred.
