Marklogic DBA Englewood, CO 8 month contract   TheMarkLogic Database Administrators are aligned directly to the client’s businesssegments to facilitate a clear understanding of the business process andprocedures as well as a detailed and in depth understanding of the businesssystems architectures and interdependencies. Partnering closely with thebusiness, this position will assist with the development, documentation andimplementation planning to support segment infrastructure project needs. TheMarkLogic Database Administrator will work with business segment IT tocoordinate and implement all project and BAU related requirements.  This position optimizes database access and allocates/re-allocates databaseresources for optimum configuration, database performance and cost.    Responsibilities: ·        Manages and maintains all production andnon-production databases.  ·        Responsible for standards and design ofphysical data storage, maintenance, access and secuity administration.  ·        Performs backup and recovery on DatabaseManagement Systems, configures database parameters, and prototype designsagainst logical data models, defines data repository requirements, datadictionaries and warehousing requirements.    Requirements: ·        Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science,Information Systems, or other related field.
