Are you a Senior Account Manager / Account Director looking for their next career move?

I am looking to recruit a driven and enthusiastic Head of Search for an Independent agency in London. Working alongside other divisions, you will be focused on a key set of search clients, working on campaigns across SEO, PPC and Social, supported by a deputy search head, and team leads.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and growing new and existing search business
  • Managing and growing an integrated search and social team
  • Full responsibility for department budget
Key skills required:
  • Team / people management experience
  • Management of multiple clients across a variety of industries
  • A determined and entrepreneurial character - determined to make things happen!
The successful candidate will be given the autonomy to run, manage, develop, and grow the department the best way they see fit. This is a rare opportunity to take full control of a search team.
