Support Analyst - Cash Equities, Front Office
A top tier Investment Bank has a vacancy for a Support Analyst to join it's Cash Equity Support team in the Front Office. As a member of the Equities Cash - Sales and Trading Order Management 'Run-the-Bank' team in London, you will have the following responsibilities:
· Provide support for mission critical Equities Cash Trading Technology in London
· Work alongside the business, troubleshooting order management (routing/execution/trade reporting etc), position keeping, PnL & Booking issues.
· Develop specialist knowledge in relevant systems, sharing that knowledge, as required, with global teams
· Liaise with internal traders and sales on potential process improvements
· Liaise with development teams on day to day issues, change requests, functional improvements and future applications
To be considered for this role you will already have experience and an understanding of Order Management systems. Technically you will have strong experience in the following: - Supporting a Linux/Unix based infrastructure.
- SQL (Sybase / Oracle / UDB)
