Key Skills
*Ability to investigate and fix technical issues related to the deployed infrastructure
*Work with infrastructure supplier to manage the range of programme / project environments deployed on the infrastructure
*Assist in the delivery of technical solutions as part of the programme of work eg Scanning solution, Email submission and storage
*Work with application delivery partner for deployment, support and defect management during the programme lifecycles
*Ability to understand the end to end environment including system dependencies and critical events, and support work by other third parties as part of the Programmes
*Assist in the delivery and processing of interfaces between existing legacy and new systems
*Work closely with infrastructure and application third parties as part of a 'single team' ethic, and make things happen
*Recommend changes / solutions to specific issues and assist in the management of their delivery through effective documentation and communication
*Work with the Programme Management Team to deliver a working and stable solution
*Integrate between multiple programmes where common components can be utilised to save time and money
*Effectively manage time worked across multiple programmes
*Provide a 'can do' attitude
*Works well under pressure
*Be a key player in Cutover - Assist with roll out of users, assist with detailed planning, coordinate infrastructure partners delivery to agree timescales
*Environment support - assist with set up of users, diagnose environment stability issues
*Provide regular status reports against planned activities
*Strive to hit project committed dates
*Strive to protect the project image in front of business users and senior management
