Role: Tech Project Manager
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6+ months
Responsibility –
1. Role is primarily to own and be responsible for
all Project management aspects of current project.
2.
Drive requirements definition (not requirement gathering)
3.
Collaborates with other managers to determine effective process
improvement approaches.
4.
Developing detailed baseline project plans within resource parameters;
tracking/managing project tasks and accountability for project delivery
5.
Work proactively to address project issues, risks and provides options for
mitigation
6.
Working with large teams and projects. Should be excellent team member with ability to display great teamwork

Minimum of 5 years experience as a project manager · Minimum of 10 years overall IT (web technologies) experience

Championing process improvements in the project management and
product development areas
5.

7.
Understands different software development lifecycle paradigms
8.
Developing detailed baseline project plans within resource
parameters; tracking/managing project tasks and accountability for project
delivery
9.
Efficient with MS Project
10.
Experience with working with large teams and projects and
detailed oriented
11.
must have proven record of juggling multiple large projects at
the same time
12.
must be able to adapt new subject matter quickly
1.
Business
intelligence and data warehouse experience ( OBIEE, Tablue, Oracle etc.)
2.
Professional
training and certification experience (LMS, Content, Commerce etc.)

PMP or
equivalent certification preferred
4.
Prior Cisco
Experience
5.
Experience
working with offshore team
