Job Title:                      Functional Oracle R12 Projects with FA, AP
Location:                      Columbus, OH
Duration:                      3 months

Job Description:
Oracle R12 Project Accounting functional expert to assist with implementation of Oracle R2R in R12 environment for Project Accounting, procurement, payables and reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities:
           Apply Oracle expertise to help design and implement the use of R12 Oracle Project Accounting and Oracle FA/AP modules
           Train staff on use of standard FA/AP and R12 Project Accounting functionality to prep team for the testing and support phase
           Partner with staff in using existing requirements and as-is process documents to design the to-be processes for Accounting and receivables leveraging standard functionality where possible but also meeting user requirements

During these activities, the contractor will create test plans, and training documentation.  Prior to completing the project, the contractor will ensure that any knowledge transfer to technical and functional personnel is complete.  This will be done through a combination of documentation and discussion.

Required Skills:
Must be a functional expert in R12 Oracle Project Accounting and FA/AP and must have worked on 3-4 full lifecycle implementations for the last 5-7 years
Demonstrated experience installing, configuring, and implementing Oracle Project Accounting in an R12 environment
Implementation experience with integrating Oracle R12 FA/AP and Project Accounting with GL, Payables, Inventory modules
Experience leading clients through analysis, design, development, and implementation of Oracle Project Accounting and FA/AP
Experience with Sub-ledger accounting
Leverages Oracle professional network and experience to provide solution
Experience in providing training and creating training documentation
Experience with test plan creation for integrated Oracle environment
Experience with report development in relation to project Accounting and FA/AP
Critical thinker with the ability to assimilate and extract relevant data points to assess issues, evaluate risks, and solve problems
Team player with proven leadership and collaboration skills
Self starter that is able to work within a diverse team and with minimal guidance to achieve results
Must be able to communicate and lead at all levels from the functional competencies through the delivery and results phase of the process
