Qualifications:

 

seeking an experienced analyst to provide support and troubleshooting capabilities for our client's Knowledge Management team in Bloomington, IL.The selected individual will join a team of professional providing support to internal u sers of the client's knowledge management systems. The selected individual w ill provide be supporting a variety of software tools used by the client to pro vide for their internal user community to access, update and utilize the Knowled ge Management systems.

Responsibilities include:

Support of all knowledge management software

- Software Administration (Access and security groups)
- Application Security
- Application support design
- Support application links or libraries creation
- Application Development or Enhancements
- SharePoint Site support
- Security Design changes
- Content Modification
- Document Uploads
- Publish documents
- Social communities setup
- Social communities support(Not tool)
- Monitor Content Quality
- Publish Process documents
- Content Type changes
