Job Description:Position: Excel/Access Reports Developer
Location: Owensboro, KY.
Duration: 6+ Months On-Site contract plus extension


Interview mode: Phone than ProveIt Test

Job Description:         

The Reporting Analyst is responsible for demonstrating a high level of reporting expertise as well as data and trending analysis through his/her management of reporting for complex projects.
Develop, implement, and support daily/weekly/monthly business reports for the team and its stakeholders.
Responsible for understanding data and problem resolution.
Work is done in a team-based environment which requires building and maintaining strong relationships.
Creativity, initiative, and a solutions orientation are the hallmark of our work.

Keys to the position
1.Strong MS Excel Skills (Pivot Tables, Macros, Charting, Data Management)
2.Financial Industry experience
3.Strong Communication Skills.

Desired Skills and Experience:
•Two or more years of relevant work experience in the financial industry
•Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint
•Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including building macros, pivot tables, charting, data management (domain functions, vlookup, logical operators), conditional formatting
•Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business related field
•Preference for the freedom to seek creative solutions
•Superior written and verbal communication skills
•Excellent presentation skills including the ability to clearly summarize complex issues
•Ability and desire to learn new skills and broaden industry expertise
•Flexibility to adapt to the needs of various projects and client cultures
•Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to thrive in a team-based setting
•Foreign language skills, particularly Spanish, preferred but not mandatory.
