Job Description: Accountable for planning, installation, deployment, provisioning, coordination, communication, documentation and support of the systems infrastructure, hardware and software in order to support business applications. Deliver services by meeting the strategic objectives of the organization including service management, risk management, and project delivery. Job Responsibilities: Specifically, provide hardware and software support for Enterprise Directory, CA Identity Management and other Security Administration infrastructure and software. * Build and configure Enterprise Directory, CA Identity Management, Auth Minder and Risk Minder environments. * Provide ongoing administration functions including scripting, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. * Provide administration consultation for Business Application teams. * Provide on call support for 24x7 Systems availability on a rotation basis. Follow core workgroup and organization processes including the following: * ITIL Framework.
