C Developer
Candidate will participate in operating system software development for a next generation switch with an emphasis in routing protocol infrastructure. Candidate will architect, design, define, and deliver new software and features for various platforms. Will provide feedback to hardware and software teams for improvements. Candidate will write complete functional and design specs independently. Will write portion of product spec, lead development of subsystems, and design and develop large portions of the software
Requirements (9+ years):
* Strong experience in C programming
* Experience in design and development in any L3 Unicast routing protocols, MPLS signaling protocols, TCP/IP applications, and multicast routing protocols
* Experience designing network systems with knowledge of routing protocols or LAN/WAN protocols
* Experience in L2 switching protocols
* Experience with switch/router software/hardware embedded system environment
