Must Have Skills: 8+ years experience in software development of which at least 5 were as a developer and 3 as a technical lead Experience with the following technologies: Java, Spring, Hibernate, WebSphere Application Server (or any J2EE app server), JDBC, JMS, Maven, Hudson, Tomcat, WebSphere MQ, Eclipse, JavaScript, Web Services Ability to analyze and isolate root cause for performance issues (both application and server level) Experience with SQL tuning Previously designed and implemented multi-platform distributed applications with large transaction volumes Ability to clearly communicate and present to client audience
