Embedded Linux Engineer
Location: SAN JOSE, CA
Duration: 6-12 months
Req Details:
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of overall software development experience with 3+ years of kernel/driver programming under Linux
• Deep knowledge of Linux kernel and driver architecture
• Must have recent hands-on driver debug / optimization experience
• Experience in hardware interfacing and solving hardware/software interaction problems
• Expert knowledge of C, C++, POSIX and Unix shell scripting
• Some experience in at least one assembly language
• Excellent debugging and problem solving skills
Desired:
• Knowledge of OMAP architecture
• Knowledge of ARM and/or NEON/SIMD instructions
• Understanding of networking (TCP/UDP/IP)
• Experience in Python programming
• Understanding of software formal verification concepts and tools (SPIN/SMV)
